           1 family = $965.00    (Mom, Dad and children all living under the same roof.)

           2 family = $1,315.00 (Grandparents, married sons, daughters etc..) 

           3 family = $1,565.00 (Etc..)

Note: based on family and number of people.

During the season rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

We require a non-refundable check deposit of 1/2 the total to hold the cottage.

Taxes and fees additional.

All monies paid are non-refundable.

Security/Cleaning Deposit: Minimum $100.00 mail refundable, "provided that the cottage has been cleaned and nothing has been broken or missing", security/cleaning deposit is due at check-in.

The cottage and associated amenities are solely and only for the use of those to whom they have been rented.

              *** By Law, there cannot be more than 8 people on the property at any given time. ***

3 night minimum stay required when applicable.

  * So that everyone can have a somewhat allergy free stay, pets are not permitted.

Additional daily and or nightly guests other than booked = $100.00 per person. Must notify owner for approval prior to guest arrival (strictly enforced).

Secure boat dock/slip available right outside the cottage $90.00 per week with rental. $50.00 per day. Sleeping on boats is prohibited.
